Your Room & Home Rental Includes

  • Private bedroom
  • Shared or private bathroom (depending on the room)
  • Access to a shared kitchen and refrigerator

  • Furnished or unfurnished options

Move-In

Move-in can be as soon as possible. Some rooms may require up to 3 days for us to prepare the space before move-in. Our rooms are comfortable, safe, and affordable options for extended stays in Lubbock.

Unfurnished Room Move-In Fee: $400

Your first payment will be prorated based on your move-in date plus the applicable move-in fee. These are move-in fees, not security deposits.

Our rental approval process is income-based. We mainly look at your ability to afford the monthly payment. Our homes do have general rental requirements and house rules that must be followed.

Once you submit your application, our team will review your information and reach out as soon as possible. We can answer any questions and help determine which available room or home may be the best fit for you.

You will need access to your bank account to complete the income verification portion of the application.
